Apply to join Lossfunk Residency, a six-week on-site program in Bangalore for creators and builders. You can either join it full-time, or part time along with your day job.
Current status:
When you join Lossfunk Residency, you begin with a six-week residency where you build your own projects. Post that, you become a permanent member of an exclusive community comprising all previous and current residents, builders and researchers at Lossfunk.
The cohort is peer-led and staff-facilitated. Participants critique one another’s work, share useful connections, and create their own momentum. The Lossfunk team (including the founder, Paras) joins the initial kickoff and final showcase and may occassionally drop in for weekly syncs of residents.
Primary benefits:
Residents arrive with their own project, direction, and ability to execute. Lossfunk provides a carefully selected peer group, working space, structure, and a final public showcase. This is not a course, accelerator, or mentorship program. You work on your own projects!
Anything really. Implement a new technique. Learn and explore an obscure idea. Research something new. Build a tool. Hack something for fun :)
Yes. We have an inspiring space in Indiranagar, Bangalore for you to work from.
We strongly encourage in-person attendance as serendipitous cross-field learning and collaboration becomes difficult in remote. (This is why we don't accept online-only attendence. You must commit to be in the Lossfunk Residency at least a few days in a week)
It's a 6-week residency. You can choose to attend in person or in a hybrid fashion. We expect you to spend at least 15 hours a week on your project + work from the hackhouse at least a few days in a week. But, the more you put in, the more you'll get out of it.
